(civil engineering & construction) – Jan 2014 – Oct. 2018 Duties: -Managed the day to day running of the site including technical and operational teams towards project objectives. These include working very closely with site engineers and concrete foremen to deliver works according to the project scope. -Prepare letters, reports for circulation, plan and hold periodical site meetings for stakeholders i.e. Regional Engineer, Ministry of roads and highways / Ghana Highway Authority representatives, road area managers amongst others. -A liaison for the company, made negotiations with relevant agencies/suppliers of materials on behalf of the company as well as supervised the delivery of materials on site such as bitumen, diesel, laterite, chippings, boulders etc. and to ensure they are of the right quality and volume. • I motivate students of four categories every day. A. Those who have paid all their payments are up to date and have submitted their assignments and the need to continue. B, those who have pad up to date but are lacking in one assignment or the other and need to be reminded to do so.,C. Those who have their assignment up to date but payments are not UpToDate. D. those who have not updated their assignments and payment.
• I also guide students who needs to get their payment done or find it difficult to pay with various means of payment acceptable.
• I prepare them for graduation and ensure they graduate successfully, I have had one hundred and seven students in my last assignment

- Working with the University to call prospective students whom i have to interview, and counsel them about the importance of education and the role our university can play to get their goals achieved.
• I examine their qualifications and send them to the academic board to examine
• I ask them to explain how they intend to get their payments done and encourage them to put value on education.
• I send them the school method of payment and guide them to pay.
• I put several calls to students who are ready to pay their fees.
• I also set up watts App platform to follow up with prospects who intend to be students.
