The doctoral program in Agriculture, Food and Resources is designed to enable the student to lead research aimed at improving the production and preservation of food.

Also, this doctoral program will provide the necessary tools for the research of new products, control systems and quality assurance in the food industry by acquiring chemical, nutritional, toxicological and functional knowledge of raw materials and food.

Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student.
